SARAH EPISCOPO

Fun Fact:  This girl loves her Whiskey, but only at appropriate times ....... Mostly :)

Sarah is the daughter of a coal miner and a teacher. She is a lifelong resident of Marion County. She grew up in Barrackville and has lived in Fairmont for the past 25 years. She knows Marion County like the back of her hand and loves this community!

Sarah has been married to her husband Brian for 22 years and together they have 3 beautiful children. She is not only the mama to Gia, Stella, and Rocco but also their fur babies, Sugar, Pepper, Jonas, and Chooch. These are 3 lucky kids, 2 lucky dogs, and 2 lucky cats!

Sarah is a graduate of Fairmont State College where she earned a degree in Elementary Education. She earned a master's degree in Special Education and Educational Leadership from Salem International. She spent 8 years in the classroom as a Special Ed teacher and 7 years as an administrator with the Marion County Board of Education.

If you have ever had the opportunity to be in the same room as Sarah then you already know that she has a big personality but those fortunate enough to really know her will tell you that her heart is equally as big. She loves meeting new people and has never truly met a stranger. She loves making common connections and quickly turning every acquaintance into a friend. 

Sarah and Brian have bought and sold four properties of their own in WV and two in Naples, Florida. Through those experiences, she has gained extra knowledge that she has been able to put to use to make your buying/selling experience as unique as she is!

When asked what she loves about being an agent she couldn't stop saying how much she loves not only this area but also the people that make up this community. "Being born and raised in Marion County makes me love this area so much. I love meeting new people and catching up with old friends all while being able to help them with everything Real Estate. I love to help others find happiness."
