WILLIAM "BILL" YOHO

Fun Fact: This man could eat spaghetti for every meal, every single day of his life.

Bill has been a lifelong resident of Marion County and takes pride in knowing this area very well. He and his wife have two kids, both WVU Graduates, and a dog named Bandit. Bill has been married to Eva for 33 years, whom he first met at Springston Real Estate.

Bill graduated from Fairmont State University with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Real Estate. He is also a graduate of the Realtors Institute. Bill holds both a real estate broker's license and an appraisal license, practicing both professions for 40 years. He has served on the Board of Directors of First Exchange Bank, its holding company, Heritage Bancshares.

He loves traveling with his wife in their 36 foot Winnebago Motor Home. Together, they have traveled across the USA and camped in several national parks, including the Grand Canyon, Sequoia Forest, and drove the Alaskan Highway camped in Alaska for a month. He has even camped next to a casino in Las Vegas once! In all of his travels, his favorite place to visit is the beach in historic St. Augustine, Florida, and tries to get there a couple of times a year. Seeing this beautiful country doesn't make him appreciate the beauty WV has to offer any less. He is happy to call WV his home.

When asked why he loves real estate, he quickly will tell you that, "Real Estate is a people business. With over 40 years of experience, the business has changed with the internet, etc., but the people have not. In the real estate business, each person has a problem: they have to sell a property or need to find a property to buy. I have met hundreds of wonderful customers and clients over the years, many of whom are repeat customers and clients. It's a joy to come to work every day."
